The One

"Hey, why do you love me?" I asked him one afternoon when me and him are chatting on my living room couch.

"Just simply because you are you." He answered

"That's not a valid reason. What if there is another one of me, or what if I have clones, or twins, or aliens come from Mars copying my face?" I asked again annoyingly.

"You are so silly, aren't you? Once again, I love you. I know the differences between you, that another you, those clones of yours, your twins, and ridiculous aliens coming from Mars that copy your face. I only love you, Dummy." He knocked my forehead as he answered my question.

"But why? I still can't get it. They have same physical appearances like I do." I asked once again purposely making him annoyed.

He sighed and leaned closer to me, only an inch separating his face from me as he pasted his nose with mine. "I can get many girls whose physical appearances are way better than you, why would I fall for the ones who have the same physical appearances as you, hm?" He smirked with his crooked smile that I hate slash LOVE the most.

"Hey!" I shouted at him as I pouted.

He pulled me and planted a soft kiss on my lips making me breathless before whispering his spells between my mouth. "I love you. I might need to cut a lot of trees to get many papers for the place I list my reasons of loving you but no I won't do that because it will cause global warming and we have to go green." He laughed goofily as he said that.

"Tch, this dumb guy." I rolled my eyes.

"Hey, we are dumbly in love with each other, right?" Again, he laughed like a fool making me confused why on earth I love this man. He then cleared his throat making a serious face staring deep at my eyes, "Listen, I love you because you are the one. No further explanation. Because you are the one and I'm in love with you. "Full stop." I stopped him and kissed him hard on his lips before he made me fly with his words. He stroked the back of my head and embraced me tight guaranteeing an eternal safety for me. I closed my eyes and smiled fainting in his scent.
